Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations by preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely supply and delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging sales, logistics, and customer service, ensuring smooth execution of orders from inquiry to delivery. Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer inquiries, price lists, and product specifications. Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and support order processing. Communicate with the logistics/supply chain team to arrange timely dispatch and delivery of materials. Follow up with clients regarding quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer communications, and order status. Track inventory levels to ensure availability of materials for confirmed orders. Liaise with vendors/suppliers if needed for material procurement. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues related to delivery or product quality. Generate daily/weekly sales and delivery reports for management.
